I support commonsense economic policies, such as; lowering the corporate tax rate, removing burdensome regulations, infrastructure development and providing a top-tier education.

If elected I will vote for right to work legislation. I support right to work because I believe in economic freedom. Making Indiana a “right-to-work” state will give us a competitive edge in the Midwest and bring new job opportunities. Hoosier workers will benefit from a diverse and robust economy.

Providing a top-tier education for all Hoosiers is paramount to our future. A skilled and educated workforce will help grow Indiana’s economy and put our state on the map as a leader in economic growth and employment.

Lower Taxes & Limited Government

I believe strongly that the role of any government should be limited, that freedom stands opposed to constraint. Government has gotten out of control and it’s time to rein it in. It’s also time to eliminate burdensome taxes on Hoosiers. If elected I will oppose any bill that increases taxes.

Education

I believe in school choice and educational freedom for all Hoosier families. Every parent should be given the freedom and responsibility of making decisions about the education of their children. I support charter schools and voucher programs as options for parents and students.

An open and transparent government provides for accountable leadership. The people’s business should be conducted in the open and not behind closed doors.

Fiscal Responsibility

I am a fiscal conservative who places a high premium on balanced budgets and low taxes. While career politicians in Washington oversaw a downgrade in the U.S. debt rating, Indiana maintains a AAA bond rating. I will only vote for a biennial budget that is balanced and without tax increases.
